At 4 am I looked out the window of my home in Weed California.
From that vantage point shows a perfect heart in the center of Mt Shasta, 
called Angel Valley.  That is shown in both of these images that you see here.
What occurred that morning was a sense in me that the heart was beating
and Mt Shasta is alive.  Myth and legends in regard to Mt Shasta became real for me.
